Elizabeth A. Hardin is UNC Charlotte's chief financial and administrative officer, responsible for the university's fiscal management and audit, facilities development and operation, human resources, public safety, business systems development, business continuity, and auxiliary services.

She received a BBA in economics from the University of Georgia and a MBA from Harvard Business School .

Ms. Hardin is active in the National Association of College and University Business Officers and the Rocky Mountain Business Officers association.
